Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use ElitePrep. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at satishkc2000@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

You agree not to:

• Use ElitePrep for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Circumvent any access controls or security measures
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the platform's operation
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person

All content on ElitePrep - including text, curated question sets, system design diagrams, behavioural frameworks, and UI design - is owned by ElitePrep or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content solely for your own interview preparation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of notes and other content you create on ElitePrep. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and display it solely to provide the service to you.

We do not use your personal notes or progress data for training AI models or for marketing purposes.

ElitePrep integrates with third-party services including Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, and Vercel for hosting. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

ElitePrep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be available at all times or free from errors
• Content is always accurate, complete, or up to date
• Using ElitePrep will result in a job offer from any company

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ElitePrep and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of ElitePrep shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the platform or other users.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at satishkc2000@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of ElitePrep after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
